32 yr old man presenting with vomiting of blood and abdominal pain
A 32 yr old man who is a resident of nalgonda labourer by occupation married for 6 yrs came to OPD with chief complaints of vomiting of blood 3 days back and abdominal pain since 3 days.
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 days back.Then on that morning he had breakfast.after that he had vomited blood which was bright red in colour of nearly 100 ml which was followed by abdominal pain in the epigastric region
No history of melena
No history of prior vomiting history
No history of fever
No history of intake of contaminated food and water
PAST HISTORY:
History of 5-6 episodes of abdominal pain
No history of TB,DM,HTN,CAD,CVA,asthma,thyroid

Married for 6 yrs and has a girl child

Addictions:alcoholic for 6 yrs
